My channels won’t load

If the channel list is empty or won’t load:

  1. Double-check your login details for typos (copy and paste from your welcome email).
  2. Confirm your subscription is active on your account page.
  3. Restart the app, and update it if an update is available.
  4. Test your internet connection.
