Buffering is almost always a network issue rather than the service itself. Work through this checklist:
- Run a speed test on the device you stream with. Aim for 25 Mbps or more for HD.
- If you are on Wi-Fi, switch your main TV to a wired connection.
- Restart your router and your streaming device.
- Lower the stream quality temporarily to confirm it is a bandwidth issue.
- Avoid large downloads on the same network while watching.
If buffering continues after all of this, open a ticket and tell us your device, app, and internet speed.
