Install V12 MATE on your device.

Open the app, click Add Playlist, then click V12MATE.

Enter your Username and Password: no Server URL needed.

Wait while your playlist loads. The EPG guide appears within a minute or two.
No Content Showing?
A wrong username or password is the most common cause. Go to V12 MATE settings, then Playlist, select the V12mate playlist, and scroll down to Xtream Parameters to check that your details match your welcome email exactly.
